en Colombia y que su desempe\u00f1o durante sus a\u00f1os de estudio haya sido sobresaliente, con liderazgo dentro de su grupo de residentes, poseedor de un trato afectuoso y abnegado con los ni\u00f1os y con un comportamiento \u00e9tico y human\u00edstico en su ejercicio.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Propender por el continuo mejoramiento cient\u00edfico.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El residente debe haber realizado investigaciones o publicaciones en el \u00e1rea de pediatr\u00eda.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Idealmente con proyecci\u00f3n social y comunitaria
